"Main Purpose of the Job:\n\nManage the performance, quality, efficiency and reliability of all molders in the ISBM Department.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines\n Ensure quality product is being produced at all times\n Ensure process is optimized to the fullest extent\n Ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being put into machine\n Monitor and report inconsistencies in above areas for all shifts not worked\n Should be able to make minor repairs to molders\n Assist the Production Manager in implementing required training for Machine Operators\n"
