We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our GROWING team in North Kansas City, MO. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 3 employees
- Yardi experience preferred
-CRMIQ experience a plus
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills

Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive pay ($55,000-$63,000 annually)
- Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
-Monthly Delinquency Bonus potential of $3,600 annually
- 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component up to $4,000 annually
