Hybrid | Contract | Kansas City, MO Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization in KC to add a Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant/ Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for major projects across the United States. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for large-scale projects, working closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top technical talent. The recruiting team works in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration, autonomy, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and field leadership roles across multiple project sites Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the ATS and internal tracking tools Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support ongoing recruiting needs Qualifications 5 - 8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Experience sourcing technical or specialized talent preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently MH 459 Keywords:Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruiter, HR Recruiting, Human Resources
