Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization in KC to add a Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant/ Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for major projects across the United States. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for large-scale projects, working closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top technical talent. The recruiting team works in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration, autonomy, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and field leadership roles across multiple project sites
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the ATS and internal tracking tools
  • Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support ongoing recruiting needs
Qualifications
  • 5 - 8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing technical or specialized talent preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently
