Job Description

Fast-growing, employee-owned mechanical contractor in the Greater St. Louis market that’s hiring for Project Managers. They’re doing a lot of work in data centers, healthcare, and industrial projects, and offer strong career growth along with long-term upside through their ESOP.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
  • Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Support estimating efforts (design-build, design-assist, plan/spec)
  • Oversee fabrication packages and project budgets
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0&-5 years of experience in mechanical project management
  • Background in HVAC, piping, or mechanical systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6 (preferred)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
