Project Scheduler | Construction & Capital Projects | P6 Preferred

A growing organization in the construction and engineering space is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion.
This role sits at the center of project execution—working closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to build, maintain, and optimize schedules that drive successful delivery. Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and bringing structure to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for design and construction projects
- Build resource-loaded schedules including activities, milestones, procurement timelines, and critical deliverables
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure schedules reflect real-time project conditions
- Identify critical path activities and proactively address risks or delays
- Track progress, update schedules, and communicate changes across teams
- Recommend improvements to scheduling, sequencing, and overall project efficiency
- Support coordination of production timelines, material flow, and project deliverables
- Serve as a key point of contact for schedule-related questions and issue resolution
What You Bring:
- 3&-5 years of experience in project scheduling or project management within construction or capital projects
- Experience building and managing project schedules (Primavera P6 strongly preferred)
- Understanding of resource loading, critical path, and schedule logic
- Ability to interpret drawings and translate them into actionable schedules
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills across field and office teams
- Experience with MS Project or similar tools is a plus
