Job Description

A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Transactional Attorney with at least three years of relevant experience to support a growing transactional practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated clients across a wide range of industries on complex and strategic business matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including asset and stock purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and other general commercial contracts

  • Advise clients on entity formation, governance, restructuring, and day-to-day corporate matters

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and closing activities

  • Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, responsive counsel

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Active license and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and/or commercial transactional matters

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
