Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate
Established law firm is seeking an Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate to join its growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience focused on energy project development and be prepared to contribute immediately in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage energy and infrastructure development matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate project-related agreements and transactional documents
- Advise clients on regulatory, environmental, and project development issues
- Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles
- Assist with due diligence, permitting, and compliance matters
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of energy project development experience required
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience working on renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental matters preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
