Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate

Established law firm is seeking an Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate to join its growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience focused on energy project development and be prepared to contribute immediately in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage energy and infrastructure development matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate project-related agreements and transactional documents
  • Advise clients on regulatory, environmental, and project development issues
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Assist with due diligence, permitting, and compliance matters

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of energy project development experience required
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience working on renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental matters preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
