Employment Litigation Attorney
Established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with 7&-11 years of litigation experience to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who can independently manage matters, work directly with clients, and step into an active caseload with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 7&-11 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on employment matters
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and hit the ground running
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Trial experience is a plus
- Portable book of business is welcomed but not required
