Employment Litigation Attorney

Established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with 7&-11 years of litigation experience to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who can independently manage matters, work directly with clients, and step into an active caseload with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 7&-11 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on employment matters
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and hit the ground running
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Portable book of business is welcomed but not required
