Additional Information About the Role

BJC Health has a role Sr. Print Production & Distribution Strategist. This role focuses on managing project workflows using tools like Workfront, with a strong emphasis on print buying operations and maintaining related dashboards. Role Purpose

Responsible for sending all Marketing and Communications materials to print production, overseeing the process from file prep in coordination with the Graphic Designer, printing, and mailing coordination and/or delivery, distribution, and installation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sending all Marketing and Communications materials to production, overseeing the process from file prep in coordination with the Graphic Designer, printing, and mailing coordination and/or delivery, distribution, and installation.Approves vendor proofs, perform press checks as necessary, and manages many printing vendor relationships. Secure postage check request for USPS or postage wire transfer to print vendor/mail house, or appropriate new Enterprise process.
  • Prepares designed files for production, gathers estimates and approvals, selects vendors, and sends the items to print.
  • Establishes relationship with BJC Mail Services Department for Business Reply Mail and non-profit permit numbers
  • Works with a mail house and USPS to ensure that mailed materials are mailed correctly.
  • Partners with the Senior Manager, Production and Distribution Strategy, to engineer an online print storefront with routine project automation and integration to the existing or new DAM.

  • Bach Deg and/or Equivalent Exp
