We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). What You'll Do:

- Partner with the Executive Assistant to optimize calendar and capacity management
- Represent the CHROs perspective in meetings and communications
- Drive execution of key priorities and improve operating processes
- Provide decision support through data analysis and synthesis
- Draft executive communications and lead change management efforts
- Act on behalf of the CHRO to remove barriers and accelerate progress
- Resolve non-complex issues and prioritize CHRO engagement
- Analyze metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities; escalate as needed
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complexity
- Strong synthesis and communication of complex information
- Excellent project and process management skills
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7 years professional experience with at least three years in leadership.
- Experience managing complex initiatives and driving organizational change
- Advanced Degree (Masters or MBA).
- HC strategy or consultative experience with a focus on operations management.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading enterprise level initiatives.
