Team Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Resilience Associate to lead and evolve our digital resilience program. This role ensures critical technology services remain available, recoverable, and compliant by strengthening governance, testing, and risk management practices across the organization.
You will partner across technology, risk, and business teams to build resilient systems, improve recovery capabilities, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide resilience strategy, work on complex, high-impact initiatives, and further develop leadership and regulatory expertise.

What Youll Do:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the digital resilience program, including governance frameworks, policies, and controls
  • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for technology services, ensuring plans are actionable and aligned to business needs
  • Manage and execute enterprise resilience testing (tabletop, simulations, and end-to-end exercises), ensuring validation against RTO/RPO targets
  • Monitor resilience risks and performance metrics; maintain risk registers and provide reporting to leadership on key risk indicators
  • Partner with audit, compliance, and risk teams to support regulatory readiness and successfully address audit findings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Business Continuity teams to ensure alignment and coordinated response capabilities
  • Drive adoption and optimization of GRC and resilience tooling to improve efficiency, transparency, and program maturity
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on testing outcomes, incidents, and emerging risks
What Experience You'll Need:
  • 8 years of experience in digital resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, risk management, or related technology roles
  • Experience supporting or contributing to resilience or risk governance programs in complex environments
  • Working knowledge of resilience concepts (e.g., disaster recovery, RTO/RPO, lifecycle management)
  • Experience participating in or supporting resilience testing and/or audit activities
  • Familiarity with GRC concepts, frameworks, or tools
  • Strong program coordination, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and manage multiple priorities

What Could Set You Apart
  • Experience leading resilience programs or governance frameworks at scale
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, or DORA
  • Experience with GRC or resilience platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC/BCM, Archer, Fusion, Castellan)
  • Background in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
  • Certifications such as DRII, BCI, or cloud/technology certifications (AWS, Azure, VMware)
  • Experience with advanced resilience practices (e.g., chaos engineering, integrated testing)
  • Experience using data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to drive insights
