The Client Support Services Coordinator for the Leaseback team, develops and maintains strong relationships with EFM groups, Clients, License and Title administrators, and third-party lending companies to support the execution of leaseback acquisition and related transactions. The Coordinator also provides customer service for Vehicle Acquisition, lease modifications, product support, and License and Title services as requested.

This is a full-time remote position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area. The schedule for position is Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

The pay range for this position is $23.46 per hour USD. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for leaseback-related services for Group personnel on behalf of clients; Research and respond to questions or issues, via email and phone, from Group personnel, clients and lienholders
  • Support the leaseback initiation to title completion process, coordinate the collection required titles and agreements, assist in license and titling needs through sale, and support various vehicle needs that occur throughout the lease creation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Groups, License and Title, and lending companies to execute all leaseback options, including client communication, document collection, sale processing, and titling; while providing proactive and timely status updates with clients
  • Manage several separate client leasebacks simultaneously while providing excellent client service and follow up to clients and Group personnel
  • Problem solve and provide resolution to potential quote creation and titling issues as applicable
Qualifications
  • Must live in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area
  • One to two years successful experience in client communication
  • Two or more years of successful experience analyzing data, troubleshooting and identifying issues
  • Two or more years of logistics, sales or vendor support experience
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
