As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Residential Support Specialist) you’ll provide direct, person-centered care in a supervised residential setting. You'll use strength-based strategies to encourage wellness, independence, and recovery across all areas of daily living.   • Support clients with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and medication education
  • Encourage wellness and recovery goals through coaching and compassionate care
  • Help clients access community resources and services
  • Monitor individual progress and provide documentation after each shift
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Support discharge planning, crisis response, and transitional services as needed
High School/Equivalent Required
  • At least one year of experience as a CNA, in social/human services, and/or experience working with adults with chronic mental illnesses required
  • Must obtain and maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, CPI and Medication Level I Aide
