Midas Hospitality is seeking a part-time, weekend Night Auditor to join our team at the Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Maryland Heights, MO. This position will reconcile all business transactions at the hotel as well as check-in and resolve any guest problems.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

This position will work weekends.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

What You Will Be Doing<5c trong="">:<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
• Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
• Ensures all paperwork is completed from the Front Desk and F&B computer systems.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
• Closes out the day for both the Front Desk and F&B computer systems.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
• Runs reports for the previous day's business.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
• Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
• Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure company funds are secure.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

  The Ideal Candidate:<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  • One year cash handling experience<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • One year experience at a Front Desk position (in a hotel)<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Ability to work nights and weekends<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
